Areas like Form Management, Tax Forms QA and Electronic Filling in the present software required to be updated with new formats of taxation forms each year.

Rishabh offered a complete e-filing and QA services that supported client for up-gradation of tax forms. Professionals from Rishabh Software explored the taxation norms and provided the services for testing the taxation software for the calculations, the computations, the sufficiency of the information and the expected output. We also provided the coding service to generate accurate e-file as per the specification of the government. The generated e-files were sent to the Government for online approval and Rishabh was successful in getting approval for 9 states forms for the US client.

Payroll Solution

Client was one of the largest engineering and construction conglomerates who required a product to take care of their salary processing needs.Â The client needed an application to calculate and track employee salaries, wages, bonuses, tax withholdings and deductions with effectively generating reports for pay records and payroll tax-related information.

Rishabh created custom payroll software according to the need of the client to reduce the salary processing intricacies. The automated software mapped the entire payroll processing of the company onto the system starting from the time sheet, attendance records, calculation of paid days, loans and advances, salary details, tax calculation and tax-deducted-at-source (TDS). Better information sharing and fast information retrieval resulted into effective communication for better decision making. The software also held time-saving functions like electronic fund transfers, pre-tax deductions; employee pay structure, pay frequency, overtime definitions and jobs store relevant information of employees.Â
