Client was one of the highest ranked pediatric centers in California providing care tailored for the developing minds and bodies of children. The client needed a fast, easy functional, intuitive and adaptive healthcare based practice management solution (HPMS) to fit their office workflow, and deliver comprehensive tools that simplified claims follow up, data analysis, and other practice management tasks.

We developed a powerful solution which manages all patient activities beginning from patient registration and ending at claims processing. The system allowed quick and easy information flow while ensuring a high degree of accuracy and traceability. The system interfaced with leading electronic clearinghouses for electronic claim submission and tracking. With a comprehensive set of reports, it presented all practice management information in an effective manner for analysis and tracking. The application covered functions like automated billing, Streamline Collections, Managed Care, Improved Security and Reporting.

Veterinary Practice Management Solution

Client is a US based leading application service provider and delivered business applications by developing, deploying and managing architectures using excellent infrastructure for small business information management applications. The client wanted a web based application designed to support Veterinary Doctors and clinics and treat pets as the patients and owners would be registered for communication purposes.

Rishabh developed Dynamic Data Base Driven web-based software suite “PracticeVeterinary”. The SaaS (Software as a Service) model managed Client, Patient, Visit and financial records with clipboards managing Appointment Diaries, Workflow, Operations Schedules and Waiting to Pay Lists. The solution provided Practitioner with comprehensive reporting, accounting, inventory control and marketing features. The Application also maintained electronic medical reports, appointment scheduling, color-coded client rating system, automatically generated estimates and invoices, tracked finance and pay-rolls and set up compliance management with inventory reports and purchasing.

Medication Management Solution

Situated in Texas, Client had been serving the Mental Health and Mental Retardation Hospitals and Clinics. Client was a leading provider of information services like Consumer Benefits Program, Risk Management, Medicare Tracking, Case Management, Internet Prescription Writer etc. Client wanted a web based solution for tracking medication prescribed and maintained in order to minimize errors in the prescribed medication and adhere to the best clinical practices.

Rishabh developed an automated web enabled Medication Management Solution that would track, manage and assure the quality of medication more accurately. The Medication Management process includes medication ordering, clinical checking, drug dispensing, positive patient and drug identification at the time of administration and supply chain management.

The solution was developed in two Modules - Prescription Module and Drug Module. Our Medication Management solution helped improve quality of care preventing medication errors, improving efficiency, and reducing drug distribution and inventory costs.
