This is where our Channel Partners play a critical role in supporting this important commitment .Our goal is to develop a successful relationship with Partners that enables them to exceed revenue goals and leverage their unique abilities and specializations. Rishabh relies on Channel Partners to serve customers, Small- to medium-sized businesses, with sales, services, and/or support at a local level, backed by the stability and resources.
To meet our own growth strategy plans, we have initiated the concept of Channel Partnership wherein mutual synergies can open new horizons. We realise the value that channel partners bring in extending our reach to our customers and to our target markets. In order to keep the Channel Partner program simple and manageable, we have defined three difference engagement models based on the involvement of the Channel Partner with each of them having a varied revenue sharing pattern: Referral Partners The Channel Partners refers potential sales leads to Rishabh and/or their channel partner networks. Role is limited to giving a reference of his contacts who has probable business lead or an opportunity based on Rishabh Software‘s line of business i.e. a functional middlemen, that brings buyers and sellers together. The Channel Partner is compensated with referral fee on lead generation. Sales Partners (Confirm Business Lead) The Channel Partner plays a role of a Business Development Executive/Team that generates qualified & confirmed business sales lead which is directed to Rishabh, but will not undertake installation. The Channel partner remains more involved at pre-sales level in order to facilitate presales and techno-commercial discussion with qualified lead. The key differentiator between Referral Model & Confirm business Lead is amount of involvement of the channel partner in pre-sales and Project Qualification Process like Negotiate purchases, getting the project requirements, expedite sales but do not take title. The Channel Partner is compensated with commission on generation of sales. Solutions Partners The Channel Partner works more as a Front end Business Partner of Rishabh Software Pvt. Ltd. and will have the ownership of the project. He will undertake the total sales, installation and support function including Negotiating purchases; expedite sales functions as a Sales executive/team (office extension) and takes the title as well, and generates business on his own with the help of his present cliental. Channel Partner promotes Rishabh Software as back end support that adds value to the whole system as an offshore arm for the execution of the project. As this Channel Partner works more as a Front end, they can maximize their Profit by negotiating with the end customer and following there own cost structure. Channel partner gets involved during various phases project life cycle, which included pre-sales, techno-commercial discussions, project management, account management, client engagement management etc. Benefits to Channel Partner Expand their Service Portfolio by offering more unique and innovative Solutions to Customers.
