How do I verify whether the Privacy and Integrity of my customer data is protected?
We sign a non-disclosure agreement with the client and a non-disclosure bond with our staff. We know that this is essential in reducing outsourcing risks. We are also ISO27001 certified meaning that our infrastructure security is at a high standard ensuring no malicious elements to get hold of client data.

How do you ensure quality of services?
At Rishabh Software, we have adopted a quality framework based on the ISO 9001:2008 and 27001:2005 (ISMS) standards. Quality is a culture for us. Our processes are derived from industry standard practices and have been customized to suit the requirements of offshore development.

Does Rishabh Software have a presence outside of India?
Rishabh Software has offices in the US and UK. Apart from these we have formulated strategic partnerships and alliances with companies in key markets to provide better services to our clients.

How do you provide project estimates and project schedules?
Before the initiation of the project, we carry out scoping and estimation exercise using tools developed in-house based on best practices. Our systems analysts are adept at project analysis and estimation after considering the workload involved in the development phase as well as the project delivery requirements.

How is testing and quality assurance performed?
We have well organized processes for testing and quality control. We have a team of quality assurance specialists including ISTQB-certified testers who provide systematic testing, verification and quality assurance.

How do you deal with urgent bug fixing?
We follow a comprehensive bug-identification / correction protocol. We assess the problem and assign status based on a 3-point priority scale. All urgent bug-correction issues are considered priority-1, and are addressed immediately.

Do offshore programmers write code in their native language?
Code development is done using English language and all code is written using the same tools used by developers in the US or UK or elsewhere.

We are CMMI-Level 3, ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified. Our methodology has enabled us to deliver software projects on-time and on-budget. We are working towards becoming a CMMI-Level 4 company in 2012

Who owns the code at the end?
We are open to both the options. We can hand-over the final code to our client or if it is a joint venture, then we both own the code. This is completely dependent on the terms agreed upon and signed in the contract.

How is a team organized for each project?
For every project, on the technical side, there is generally one lead or project manager, who is responsible for heading the project and ensuring the delivery of the end solution on time and in budget. This person is the main point of contact for the client on a day-to-day basis. The designated account manager will have a conversation every few weeks to make sure things are going well.
