Box and Salesforce.com Integrate for Enhanced Cloud Collaboration

Box Embed is now available on the Salesforce.com’s AppExchange for CRM users.
Box Embed, an HTML5 framework, is now made available on the Salesforce’s AppExchange, with the help of which the users will be able to easily collaborate their files and projects.
This integration, which better replaces the previous limited version, brings along a new user interface. It is much easier to use and navigate, with an advantage of tools such as Box Edit within records, enhanced documentation creation, search and preview options.
Box for Salesforce also provides advantages such as, a preview of files from within the user records, quick sharing of files across Box, adding comments and assigning actions to specific documents. It also provides you with access to all Box partner apps and file actions within Salesforce.
Box Embed was launched last year at the company’s BoxWorks event in San Francisco, with just 10 partner to support it and Salesforce.com was definitely a part of them.
However, the company changed all of that this year and has made Box Embed available on Salesforce’s AppExchange marketplace. The AppExchange is a marketplace that has 1,800 partners and 1.7 million user downloads.
