Microsoft recently announced the acquirement of Flipgrid, the social education app for creating collaborative lesson plans through short video clips. Flipgrid is a Minneapolis-based startup that reported an year-over-year growth of 800 percent in teacher accounts, early last year.

Google rollouts the App Maker for all the G Suite customers

Google recently announced the general availability of G Suite’s low-code environment, App Maker for building custom business apps.Google’s App Maker is accessible to all the G Suite customers including the Enterprises, Businesses, and Educational institutions.
App Maker now includes templates and samples for seamless custom app creation, along with a drag-and-drop interface, support for Cloud SQL to improvise the performance.

Apple announced the launch of second developer beta of iOS 12
Apple unveils the second beta version of iOS 12, watchOS5, macOS Mojave, and tvOS12 for developers. They are available as an over-the-air update in the developer portal for those who have already installed the first beta version of this OS, announced in early June 2018.
