Overview

  • Candidate will be responsible to serve internal client and generate new business from existing client

Responsibilities

  • Learn the client business through authorized platforms and, relevant industry publications to know about the client services
  • Collect, analyze client services periodically to add Rishabh’s multiple services to generate new revenue. E.g: Type of work done previously, Billing rates, vertical and geographical distribution of their business, GPM/Profits, and Cost-effectiveness
  • Be proactive to provide services/products to clients to open up an additional business
  • Constantly forecasting revenue of each of the existing businesses to understand the client’s expectations and fulfilling it accordingly
  • Operate as an important link between the client and the senior management to represent the company at the best level to clients
  • Interface with clients frequently and maintain an excellent relationship. Proactive in taking customer feedback and sharing with all
  • Manage client expectations in an agreed way and maximizing customer satisfaction level by on-time delivery, monitoring customer complaints, providing efficient service and resolve grievances immediately
  • Responsible to coordinate with various teams (PM, HoD’s, Pre-Sales, BA, etc…) for quality and timely completion of all projects
  • Helping the project management team to make the project more efficient and productive by giving them regular customer feedback
  • Coordinate with Rishabh’s invoicing team as well as with client’s team for the billing and payment receivables
  • Maintain accurate reports and Monitor service levels based on predetermined metrics
  • Monitor trends and take appropriate action to ensure goals are met
  • Maintain an excellent level of reports with all areas of Rishabh’s services and executions
  • Detailed knowledge of search engine /on-line marketing in International Markets

Skills Required

  • Exposure to IT Service Industry
  • Supporting Internal clients
