Responsibilities
- Understand the Client’s business requirements and business process flows and then translate them into comprehensive, accurate and quality software requirements
- Collect and analyze the project’s business requirements and transfer that knowledge to the Systems Development team
- Prepare accurate and detailed Requirements documents, User interface guides, and functional specification documents
- Translate the Business Requirements into System Specifications, documenting data/table requirements, screen layouts, report format and contents, system functional capabilities, etc.
- Communicate effectively with Business Clients and IT staff on functional requirements like Business Rules, Screen layouts, data mapping analysis, system interfaces and GUI designs
- Sourcing and implementing new business technology
- Finding technological solutions to business requirements
- Document and manage any Change Requests related to the working project
- Maintain accurate reports and Monitor service levels based on predetermined metrics
- Strong system evaluation and analysis capabilities, providing change management and process outcome insights
- Maintain an excellent level of reports with all areas of RishabhGÇÖs services and executions
- Responsible for adherence to security norms including print and electronic security and physical access procedures of the company
- Responsible for going through the CMMI, ISO, security and other compliance awareness programs as per policy
Skills Required
- Bachelor/ Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related subject
- Hands-on experience in Agile methodology
- Understanding of project life cycle and SDLC
- Experience in wireframing & prototyping tools
- Practical experience in various documentation process such as BRD/FRD etc.
- Proficient in data analysis
- Analytical Mindset
- Excellent in problem solving skills
- Past technical experience and/or development experience in any technologies and role
- Knowledge of Ecommerce, Healthcare and Banking Domain will be an advantage
