Overview
As a cloud developer, you will need to code & bring your software engineering skills in a way that brings the architect’s vision to life. You will need to blend your programming skills with specialized knowledge in one or more leading cloud platforms to develop, deploy and optimize applications that synergize client objectives and business goals. You will be well-suited for this role if you are passionate about cloud application development with high sense of accountability and the pleasure of working with a dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Develop, debug, and deploy cloud-based applications using managed services.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues of cloud-based applications.
- Develop the Serverless applications using cloud native services.
- Monitoring and governance of cloud applications.
- Understand application lifecycle management.
- Develop secure apps using current cyber security best practices.
- Integration of file storage, message queueing and cron jobs using managed cloud services.
- Implement various features of different cloud managed services.
- Utilize one or more of the leading cloud vendors’ software development kits (SDK) based on client requirements.
- Educating teams on the implementation of new cloud-based initiatives, providing associated training as required.
- Ability to code to implement essential security measures.
- Create POCs using specialized cloud services like Broadcasting using Media Services.
Skills Required
- Strong programming skills in (JEE, Spring, Hibernate frameworks) Knowledge of any one or more of the Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
- Provisioning relational database managed services for SQL Server, MySQL and PostgreSQL.
- Provisioning NoSQL database managed services for MongoDB and Cassandra or cloud vendor specific NoSQL database like DynamoDB and CosmosDB.
