- Develop a web-based CRM solution where employees can set up a dinner campaign to promote their products and set up an appointment with end-users. It would also enable them to create orders, schedule product installation, payment processing and more.
- Facilitate the company’s executives to pitch end-users for sale by providing discounts on exciting products and initiating return/warranty requests against a particular order.

- No single platform to manage marketing campaigns with dinner planning along with tracking invitee’s attendance

Our Solution
We developed a responsive web application to digitalize the backend operations of the client’s staff members. It was created using Azure cloud-hosted robust solution along with REST-API services and a scalable MS Azure database. Interestingly, 12 different types of users can access the application based on defined accessibility criteria.The bespoke CRM development comprised of below modules:
