Prasanth Nair is known for driving business transformation initiatives by leveraging analytics & data science to help solve real-world business problems. With 16+ years of experience, Prasanth assists global businesses to reinvent their approach through digital and cutting-edge technologies.

When outside of work, he continues to stay on top of the latest technology trends, enjoys traveling with a balance of sports and yoga.

Suresh Patel has made a significant mark in achieving peak customer satisfaction through the successful delivery of large-scale web and mobile projects through his 15+ year professional journey. His deep technology understanding clubbed with piloting innovative techniques has led to several successful project outcomes.

He likes to put on the hat of a chef when not working, and loves playing cricket.

Bhardwaj Pandya constructs large scalable systems with a passion for open source technologies. Bringing over 15+ years of technology management expertise, he plays a pivotal role across various phases of a project lifecycle with his agile management techniques. His expertise lies in seamlessly translating business needs into cutting-edge technical solutions.

He enjoys pursuing research on historical topics, mysteries of Google earth, and likes to stay fit with regular exercise.

Kandarp Shah has over 15+ years of experience with Microsoft technologies. He drives strategy and execution spanning all aspects of digital & cloud transformation initiatives. With his outstanding delivery management approach, Kandarp empowers customers with the development and deployment of Microsoft’s solutions and services. A proactive leader, he empowers his team to take ownership by grooming them into future leaders while building cohesive teams to achieve individual targets and company objectives.

When not working, Kandarp is an avid reader, and a passionate chef, he loves to work with budding technology learners.

Balaji’s role has been instrumental in Rishabh’s transformational journey, shaping its people, processes, and the organizational structure. With 18+ years of human resource management experience, he has successfully built a shared leadership of equality, diversity, and inclusion at all levels to foster a transparent and inclusive work culture.

A spiritual individual at heart, he prefers to read, attend skill enhancement programs, and even provide training on several interesting topics.

CS steers the company’s forays by filling the gaps between technology and business. An ardent technologist, with 25+ years of experience, he spearheads the Enterprise Architecture implementation and Digital Transformation initiatives. He relentlessly works towards ensuring the incubation of emerging technologies and creating the CoE ecosystem of these innovations.

He is a constant learner who stays updated on the latest in technology, healthcare, geography, and politics while analyzing socio-economic problems.

Saumil Shah is at the forefront of the company’s digital journey. As a true strategic leader, this IIT-Kanpur & London Business School alumnus gets under the skin of every project, reaching beyond the obvious to garner accurate insights for customers. Under his belt, Saumil has close to 20 years of diversified global experience of incubating and scaling businesses from infancy to drive maximum value for customers.

He pursues a healthy lifestyle outside of work, enjoys playing either tennis or football, and is a real Arsenal fan.

A serial entrepreneur and visionary, Mr. Shah has four decades of impeccable experience in setting the strategic direction for Rishabh. It is with a consuming passion for nurturing a strong leadership team that drives the execution. His strong desire to create value & care for customers through ethical and transparent means is imprinted in the DNA of every business verticals he has spearheaded. Towards this, he has been felicitated with awards, like “Gujarat’s IT Torch Bearer by GESIA” and “ITPV Business Leader of the year”. Mr. Shah is actively mentoring some local industry bodies like GESIA & NASSCOM and also serving as the Chairperson of NASSCOM’s Regional Council – West (for Gujarat).
