Solutions

We utilized React Native to develop the ticketing mobile application to be used by end users & event partners. This offered a smooth and responsive user interface, while significantly reducing load time. The backend technologies for this app comprised Laravel and the frontend was managed with React Native & Node.js. The data exchange across the application was managed with MySQL.

Customer-facing mobile application

Enables users to check slot availability and purchase tickets online and can also generate a private link for VIP tickets that can be sold outside of the “can be booked” tickets bucket

Generation of gate tickets with printer integration to track the sales on the gates on the day of the event using a thermal printer

Ticket scanning application

Interacts with the original front-end ticketing platform and processes scanned details

Information scanned by the hand-held devices from barcode or QR code viz. booking person details, event details, payment status, and more are processed in real-time

Administration module

The web interface with React Native verifies registered users to enable performing back-office initiatives, such as updating event schedules, assigning ticket quotas
