Our client provides energy-efficient, high-quality home automation solutions through technology. They were in pursuit of developing a reliable CRM system to manage their marketing initiatives – including campaigns, leads and quotations.

As part of the mandate, they wanted us to:

  • Develop a web-based CRM solution where employees can set up a dinner campaign to promote their products and set up an appointment with end-users. It would also enable them to create orders, schedule product installation, payment processing and more.
  • Facilitate the company’s executives to pitch end-users for sale by providing discounts on exciting products and initiating return/warranty requests against a particular order.

  • No single platform to manage marketing campaigns with dinner planning along with tracking invitee’s attendance
  • Manual scheduling of site visits/appointments for the prospects

  • Quotation generation and maintaining the state of the user’s last activity while managing quote

Our Solution

We developed a responsive web application to digitalize the backend operations of the client’s staff members. It was created using Azure cloud-hosted robust solution along with REST-API services and a scalable MS Azure database.
